Pam Packham
Registered Manager
Pam has worked at David Gresham House since May 1990 and has been the Registered Manager since 1994. She has gained City and Guilds and NVQ4 in Management of Care and Registered Managers’ Award (RMA) NVQ Assessors Award.
Andy Fleet
Deputy Manager & Head of Care
Andy has been with David Gresham House since 1991 and has held his current post since 2004. He holds NVQ level 4 in Care and the NVQ Assessors Award. His role is to support the Registered Manager and to manage the everyday care needs of our Residents.
Helen Shakespeare
Activities Coordinator
Helen trained in the arts, later teaching English. She joined David Gresham House in October 2016, where she enjoys providing a varied programme of events and activities, supported by staff and volunteers. Helen has a Level 3 Activity Leader award from the NAPA.
Care Staff
At David Gresham House, we place a strong emphasis on the training our Staff receive. They all complete the mandatory training and we encourage them to train further towards their Diploma in Health & Social Care, level 2, 3 or 4 as appropriate.
Our Care Staff come from many different backgrounds; some have been employed in the care industry all their working lives. Many are long-serving carers at David Gresham House.
All our staff have a collective commitment to improve the quality of the lives of Residents and are proud to maintain the high standards of care that David Gresham House provides.
